I had the opportunity to work with Justin Larson for the financing on my second investment property, and I’m extremely glad I did. I originally met Justin at a Minnesota REIA meeting where he shared a lot of valuable information about real estate strategies, especially when it comes to using VA loans. His knowledge and willingness to help investors immediately stood out to me. When it came time to actually start looking at properties, Justin and his wife went above and beyond. They helped with multiple property tours and offered honest, practical insights based on their real-world experience. Their input helped me narrow down what to look for and, just as importantly, what to avoid. That kind of guidance is something I wish I had when I purchased my first property. Justin is also very financially creative. As we analyzed different deals, he consistently brought up smart financing strategies and ways to structure things that I hadn’t considered before. That mindset is incredibly valuable when you’re trying to build a real estate portfolio. Thanks to Justin’s guidance, ideas, and help navigating the logistics, I was able to close on a great property that made sense financially instead of jumping into something based on speculation. I’m very grateful I had Justin as my loan officer for this deal, and I look forward to continuing to work with him long-term.
